I have worked with Mary Daulong and her organization,BCMS, for 7 months. She has helped our clinic, City Sport Physical Therapy, with our documentation. Specifically, she was able to help us with terms and word usage to better define the treatments that were being done in the clinic with private, Medicare and Workman’s Comp insurance documentation. Mary is direct, enthusiastic, and a good communicator and is able to explore our needs as a practitioner in a non-threatening way. She is prompt with her communication and knowledge. She is current on all the practice issues on the state and national level. I see Mary as an integral resource/ consultant that we should have had years ago. I highly recommend this jewel hidden in Texas. With 25 years experience, I have seen our profession from practically every angle available.
